Project Overview:
Located in Mount Pleasant, Carolina Park CPC-14 opened two new retail office
spaces adjacent to Wando High School. The nearly 19,000 SF of new retail space is
positioned on 3.25 acres with a detention pond, with 94 parking spaces and two new entries
from Warrior Way and Carolina Park Blvd.
In December of 2022, JWC began construction with clearing. This quickly led to
balancing and earthwork to provide building pads and establishing a parking lot as soon as
possible. This project included one fire hydrant and two new services to be connected to
the existing 16” water main along Carolina Park Blvd. Like the water distribution, JWC
worked to install new sewer services to both spaces, along with future access to the
project site next door.
Working in collaboration with Harbor Contracting was pivotal to the successful
execution of the Carolina Park CPC-14 project. Harbor Contracting brought valuable
expertise and experience to the table, aligning seamlessly with JWC’s objectives. Their
contributions spanned various critical phases, from the initial site clearing and earthwork
to the intricate aspects of vertical construction.

- Open cut roadway for storm drain installation along Warrior Way in Wando High
