Originally a mobile home park with a worn dirt road and a modest pond in disrepair, the initial challenge was to enhance, expand, and reshape the existing pond, transforming it into a captivating focal point for the new community. Addressing issues like litter and debris in the pond while ensuring its functionality during construction was paramount. The JWC team successfully revitalized the pond without disrupting the surrounding area or inconveniencing neighboring residents.

Beyond pond beautification, the transformation of the erstwhile dirt road into a modern asphalt-paved roadway, culminating in a cul-de-sac overlooking the pond, brings the community into contemporary standards. The project underscores a commitment to preserving the natural beauty of the area while enhancing the local storm drain system and maintaining harmony with neighboring residences.

Essentially, the project’s core objective was to prioritize the preservation and enhancement of the existing pond, simultaneously upgrading the local storm drain system. The introduction of an asphalt roadway and the cul-de-sac, nestled against the new pond, imparts a warm, family-friendly atmosphere to the community. Thanks to collaborative efforts among the developer, engineer, and the JWC project team, this site is now poised for new home builders and discerning home buyers, offering a harmonious blend of modernity and natural charm.
